I came across Tom Barnett thanks to my Common Lore instructor here in Wellington, New Zealand. One of Byron Bay's most famous residents (in my mind) Tom is a powerhouse of self-empowerment and a has a wealth of personal experience about holistic health, spirituality, consciousness development and living in the private (Common/Natural Lore).

During one of his video's I heard him talk about how we make 'agreements' with reality. It was like being struck by lightning. This was the most powerful information I had registered in a long time. It made me look at what I was creating in my experience of life. What had I chosen to create in my lifetime? This is a game changer.

I am a HUGE exponent of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY when it comes to all facets of living, too many want to be parented by governments (corporations) and then protest against this institution after having given up their power to the government. Their choice to protest against the government is an agreement, a contract that only came about by their consent to hand their power over to this corporation in the first place! What irony!

By making arrangements, agreements with life on OUR terms whether it be through the use of Natural/Common Lore or any aspect of our life experience we are empowering ourselves. It's a simple choice. Know thyself!
