Recently I was invited to a course where people within the community were preparing to defend themselves against Police brutality during protests. I was taken aback. Those of us with a wider perception of reality understand that by simply resonating with this idea these people were magnetising this experience into their lives.

I wrote to them about the Maharishi effect. How by coming together to meditate we could change the paradigm on a quantum level, bringing in a peaceful transition of change. For me, the greatest protest is one where the change is made WITHIN the individual and then broadcast out in the wider world. BE THE CHANGE you want to see in the world.

Mass meditations where people use Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) and Tonglen (compassion) meditations have the power to bring the system of control down from the inside out. No violence, no suffering.
