Can you really make sourdough with any flour?

Do you want to make a loaf of bread on a low budget and you need don't know id the cheapest flour will work?

Well, it does exist, it does cost very little and it works wonders, I'm sure that wherever you are in the world you will be able to make a loaf of bread with cheap flour.

I've used the black and gold flour that cost me $ 2.99 AUS for 2 kg.

The recipe that I used is as follow

400 gr flour
200 gr starter
275 gr water
12 gr salt

The simple way is to mix all ingredients together and then to let it ferment until it doubles In volume, after that we can shape it and prove it overnight for 10 hours. Bake the day after for about 45 minutes -1 hour.
