Here is a quick video for putting your FTM-300 into Cross Band Repeat mode. Being able to have a radio that can be put into cross band repeat mode greatly enhances the capabilities of your radio. Cross band repeat greatly extends the coverage area of your signal when the radio is set for 50 watts. I find it most useful when camping and some of our group goes for a hike.
