I have come across many people in the spiritual awakening movement that have looked to exploit the most vulnerable in their community. These people sell course that for inflated prices and then set up sales funnels in order to create lifetime customers, parading their services as having value.

Most of what they teach can be found a $10 book! It takes work and discipline to evolve, grow and expand your consciousness. Mindfulness is free. Yet many marketing courses that are set up by spiritual awakening coaches are just nuts and bolts 'how I got to create my dream life by...' exploiting the vulnerable in my community. There's no value in that.
