SCOTUS Decision: The Reestablishment Of The Constitutional Republic

While a majority of legacy media focuses their attention on the SCOTUS ruling on the EPA's carbon emission rules being overturned, the bigger picture is being missed altogether. The 6 - 3 majority of the Supreme Court has in fact overturned all regulations, rules and permits that ANY administrative department has issued as "law" and returned responsibility back to the U.S. congress and state legislatures as their constitutional duty. They can no longer delegate their powers to these agencies and will have to pass laws, within the Constitution, if any agency is going to play a role in enforcement.
