This workout consist of 4 functional exercise. If you do not have access to a cable machine, try using resistance bands. Cable Woodchop - Cable Pull - Cable Side Shop - Cable Push. Go for 3 sets for 10 reps each exercise. These are defined as an integrative core workout teaching the muscles to work together.
