Wyoming State Senator introduces and reads Convention of States Article V application

This previously unreleased testimony was given in March 2021 before a Wyoming legislative committee in favor of the Convention of States Action resolution for an Article V convention that can propose amendments on three topics: term limits on Congress and federal officials, fiscal restraints on the federal government, and other limits on the federal government.
