Taylor: Printing money is an unsustainable form of government spending

Wisconsin became the 16th state to join the movement in early 2022. This previously unreleased testimony was given in March 2021 before a Wisconsin legislative committee in favor of the Convention of States Action resolution for an Article V convention that can propose amendments on three topics: term limits on Congress and federal officials, fiscal restraints on the federal government, and other limits on the federal government.
