Only shootings in the Suburbs matter?

We are hearing a lot on the news about the tragic shooting in Highland Park, a suburb of Chicago. There is hardly any mention of the over 100 shootings that took place between Chicago and New York alone over the July 4th weekend.

The media is sowing fear while ignoring the fact that these places already have the strictest gun laws, and have rising crime because they also defunded their police.
