Asphalt plant re-opens and roads are repaired in the LPR

The asphalt and concrete plant resumed operations in the town of Shastye, LPR, churning out up to 240 tonnes of asphalt per hour, the Lugansk Republic administration said. A first-priority use for the asphalt will be for restoration of the roads. The Izvarino-Lugansk highway towards the Russian border will be repaired first to speed up other reconstruction.
