Ukraine Part 1 2022

Today I would like to discuss the Russia-Ukrainian Conflict of 2022. Since the corporate media is doing such a horrible job on the subject, I think we desperately need some context to fully understand how we got into this mess and where it is inevitably leading.

This is not simply a war between Russia and Ukraine, far from it! This is, much like Syria, a proxy war on Russia waged by the United States and its satellite states in a global power struggle against Russia - and soon China - for economic hegemony.

First, It needs to be stated that I am anti-war and anti-imperialist. The Russian invasion of Ukraine is an illegal act of aggression and a war crime, much like the illegal US invasion of Iraq. This will be a 4 part series and today's episode will cover the background leading up to the war.

I want to offer a proper historical analysis of what led to the Russian invasion. The good, the bad and all the ugly needs to be examined before we can come to any solid conclusions. Imperative to understanding is the much greater implications of how this will continue to play out on a global scale.
