Elite: Dangerous. Shieldless KRAIT PHANTOM Rails + Imperial Hammers. (PvE-Horizons)

A PvE build for an all rails (2 of them are Imperial Hammers) Krait Phantom.
The goal was to make it as cold as possible, sacrificing better thrusters performance and a bigger power plant for a shield, so it's shieldless, with tons of heavily engineered hull reinforcements.
