Bob Chiaradio speaks at a Westerly School Committee meeting regarding changes to policy 2011 for the school improvement team. Vagueness seems to indicate that ethnicity and race will lead the qualifications list.

Mr. Chiaradio speaks of possible FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) violations of policy 5090. Students can be asked of intimate details of their home life without parental knowledge for the supposed benefit of serving the students better as determined by the Rhode Island Department of Education.
