Our Daughters 'Scared To Even Go To The Bathrooms Alone’: Parents Sue Loudoun County Over Woke Rules

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of eleven parents, focuses in part on Policy 8040 and Regulation 8040, which America First Legal says, "compels student speech, forces young children to use bathrooms and locker rooms with members of the opposite sex, and keeps parents in the dark when their children lead a double life as a different gender during school hours."
