The Phone Link Application is installed on your computer. You sync your phone to it, and it works in real time. If you've used BlueStacks to emulate your phone in the past, this is similar, but in my opinion, easier to use and more stable. I am not sponsored by either party. The phone I used was a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra.
