Force Private Sessions in Red Dead Online Safely! PC Only.

Turns out the "GTA5O: Private Public Lobby" app works just fine for Red Dead Online. No more having to risk using the startup file method.

The app seems safe, just creates temporary firewall rules. Click to enable, click to disable.
