How we treat foreign symbols, flags, shows our culture:
Culture, ethics and education are shown by the simple behaviors of the military, civilians and authorities. This country is backed by money, weapons and morally from the self-proclaimed "civilized" West.
The tumultuous NATO and EU expansion to the East has led to a terrible decline in values. The damage is now irreparable.
