I NEED Your HELP | Loss of TENSION on the Toro Multiforce DECK BELT

Hey guys, welcome back. I am having a problem with my Toro Multiforce deck belt. It doesn't seem to have enough tension. When I engage the mower blades they start super slow and when I get into just slightly thick grass the blades bog down and lose speed. I need your help to figure this out.
