A1 Offset Load Back Elevated BB Glute Bridges (offset 20lbs) - 120lbs per side + 20 offset
A2 Hanging Holds over top of rockclimber grips - all sets 35lbs
B1 Offset Load 45° BB Extensions (offset 10 lbs) - 12.5lbs per side + 10 offset
B2 B-Stance Rhino Belt Squats - first 2 sets 80/side, last 2 sets are the same but with a drop set afterwards with 45/side
