This was (very likely) my last track day of the year, and I went up to 20 lbs for the weighted vest (remember, the track is a much harder surface and is not the same as the field).

At the end I set a PR at 200m! I wanted to to be under 25 seconds, and got 25.28 which is still pretty good. I know the WR is under 20 seconds, but wanted a more realistic view of what some good times are. After reviewing a few places, it seems like under 30 seconds is decent and under 26 is excellent, so I'll take that!
