Ten rounds! Satisfactory 50 and 80 yard field sprints :)
Next day up is a lower body day, where I pretty much do some variety of outdoor sprints in these summer months. Today consisted of alternating sets of 50 yard and 80 yard sprints, 5 each for 10 total.
Then I performed a finishing round of running 110 yards there and back (thus 220 yards). My left hamstring I aggravated a couple of weeks ago was fine, but my left calf was bothering me near the end - so it's always something!
Well, it could be worse - and at least my warm-ups keep me in almost-half-decent condition. Other than some soft tissue lacrosse ball rolling, I showed my full sprint session warm-ups at the start which are pretty good.
Also on camera are my first 3 runs and that last 11th finishing set. The first 2 being from the front view, and last 2 with the camera behind me on the starting line - which shows setting up and coming out of a nice 3-point stance.
