This might be the last day of this interval drill! Below are the progressions for this day:

Wk 1 - 8 rounds, every 4 minutes
Wk 2 - 10 rounds, every 4 minutes
Wk 3 - 12 rounds, every 4 minutes
Wk 4 - 8 rounds, every 3.5 minutes
Wk 5 - 10 rounds (5/intermission/5), every 3.5 minutes
Wk 6 - 12 rounds (6/intermission/6), every 3.5 minutes
