Quick video on molding carbon fiber servo frames for Radio Control model airplanes. This method can be applied for many ideas! I used PLA for the prototype and mold. Making these frames for Blue Bird M15 servos.

I used some carbon tow, ST carbon, slow cure epoxy and some cabosil thickening powder. If there is more interest I can make a more detailed video on the actual layup.
