Marine veteran has emergency landing on North Carolina highway

A pilot from Cape Coral made an emergency landing on a North Carolina highway Sunday. Vincent Fraser, a Marine veteran, got his private pilot’s license just last October. He had less than 100 hours of experience under his belt when he was put in a situation most pilots never experience in their career.
