In a supplemental memorandum, Amber Heard's lawyers are asking for a mistrial over Juror 15. They allege that the wrong person was seated as a juror. Both individuals listed have the same last name and reside at the same address. However, the summoned juror is 77, and the juror that served is 54.

But the law says: Any error in the information shown on such copy of the jury panel shall not be grounds for a mistrial or assignable as error on appeal, and the parties in the case shall be responsible for verifying the accuracy of such information.
