NEW EMMETT TILL KIDNAPPING TRIAL?

An arrest warrant from 1955 for Carol Bryant has been found in the basement of the Leflore County courthouse in Greenwood, Mississippi. The warrant was for the kidnapping of Emmett Till, I ask the question "Should Carol Bryant be arrested and brought to trial 67 years later?"
