This video analyzes how Biden destroyed the Supreme Court nomination hearing process. It discusses Biden's questioning of Thomas Sowell, who appeared as witness on behalf of Reagan Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork. At the time, 1987, Biden was the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. It was from this beginning that the process would later be further corrupted, again by Biden, with the hearing of Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas. The process would continue until the disastrous Kavanaugh hearings, but it started with Bork with Biden as the architect of the smear.
