mountain cur stalking squirrel

Our lucybelle is half mountain cur and half bulldog but the mountain cur side of her is what we see every day. she will stalk for hours or lay at the bottom of a tree she has one caught in from morning till night. About once a month she gets one and murders it, then leaves it for the other dogs to come see. The buzzards eat good around here.
