The definition of Judaizing changed from what Paul meant to how the early church fathers and councils used the term.
For Paul it was an issue about requirements for Salvation.
For the ECF and Councils it meant anything connected to the Jews or fellowship with them at all.

People who use the term today typically and sadly use it more like the latter when asking questions to Messianics and the return to the Feasts of the LORD and the Sabbath
