Good evening, I’m still reporting on the coup.

According to prosecutor David Clements, appearing on Steve Bannon’s War Room, there is so much evidence of election fraud in the 400+ lawsuits that have been filed by people who have first-hand evidence of criminal activity during the Nov. 3, 2020 presidential election that the only way to characterize it accurately is to call it a crime scene.

Clements is a former prosecutor and professor in the New Mexico State School of Business. During his time as a prosecuting attorney, he got 8 first-degree murder convictions. How? Because he only went after cases he knew he could win before a jury after studying the evidence carefully.

“I took that same framework and started looking at November 3rd, 2020 because it’s a crime scene and the evidence is overwhelming.”

“But that’s how I got involved – taking my prosecutorial background and applying it to Nov. 3, 2020.”

Clements said that he was the first attorney to read thousands affidavits alleging election fraud across the nation.

In other words, the Desperado party are masters at foot-dragging, delaying, and getting cases dismissed before a jury even gets to hear the evidence.

However, of the thousands of cases he has studied, most have never come to trial. This answers the question: Why haven’t more people been convicted of election fraud if it was so prevalent in 2020?

So the question is will the Desperados be able to hold off any of these lawsuits from actually being tried before a jury before Election 2022? Only time will tell.
