Thoughts on a New Podcaster Mastermind Group

While this is mostly for the group I am putting together I decided to make the entire initiative open source. Notes I used for this video below.

Moving forward

Goal - discuss the big problems and teach people who to have discussions about them.

Format

Not based on any one of us, any member of the panel is not cirtical to the panel continuing

1-2 shows a week, may be best to do one 2 hour show and make it two episodes.

Published to standard podcast feeds, simple WP website, also published to youtube etc.

Producer/Host postion is paid, we likely need two solid people, two is one one is none

Funding, all panel members pitch in monthly something like 20-25 bucks

Non commercial our exposure is our ROI

Producer host qualificaions

Very basic audio editing
Ability to run a conference program
Ability to produce to social media

Additonal Panel members

Who do you think would be good
Should have broad reach of some level
Need a lot of diversity (expertise, don't care your sex or race)

Proceedure

Set a standard time/day
Those who will attend RSVP a day in advance minimum
Show up, participate, go on with life for that day

Promote the Show on all social media, email lists and their own shows, all episodes
