Hey, guys!

Today we're going to show you how to get the Gold Brick for the Bug Buzzer.

You have to approach a man sitting on a bench in Swamp. When you talk to him, he'll task you with digging up three spots in the area. Once all three are dug up, return to the man and, after a cutscene, he'll give you the Gold Brick.
