Regardless of what we, as Abba's Children, choose to do about repairing or replacing our governing structure, we'll still be faced with the problem of dealing a large number of TGRUBS (Toddlers in GRownUp Bodies) who continue to believe we exist for the sole purpose of feeding them, watering them, and wiping their butts. There are several ways to do this.

For dealing with groups or organizations of TGRUBs (e.g. teachers unions or school boards), we will likely use the Grand Jury structure at the county level.
