Depression is a life threatening illness that can be silent and invisible. It is very important that we all understand that feeling depressed can happen to any one, and there is hope!
Tim has been on a mission for 1,046 days, to rid the world of depression. He drives his bus around the country making his punching bag available to anyone willing to come and punch it.
What he realized is that this tool worked for many people. He also states that if using a punching bag doesn’t work he has found that others get the same healing from lifting weights, bike riding, or other physical outlets.
