Is failure the first step to success?

This video talks about how failure is an option in our lives. It's not always necessary to win. We could be one amongst the crowd who lose that would not make us feel like we are the only ones who lost.

Once we get this feeling it takes the burden off our shoulders and makes us realize that one can't win always and that failure is an option too.
