Elizabeth's Universe - Vortex of Black - Depression

With all the Psychiatric side effects and Suicides that occurred during Pfizer's COVID 19 vaccine trials in 2020, and all the suicides that I'm reading about after COVID 19 vaccines rolled out in December 2020, I'm compelled to share my journey of depression with you in hopes that it may help someone.

My three wishes for this chat are:
(1) Help someone to think twice about committing suicide
(2) Help someone to get out of that big black heavy hole that is depression
(3) Inspire someone to mine their depression, using it as a stepping stone to greater awareness of self and lightness of being
