Introducing my SLIPPERS. You keep me company while I flush them, so thank you very much! :)

FRAUENSCHUH - the German word, when referring to slipper orchids. ZAPATILLAS - the Spanish word, when referring to slipper orchids. Either way, they both refer to shoes, one being a bit more specific as to which gender of shoes... Ladies... yes, we like our shoes :) This also applies, in my case, to orchids! As much as I love my regular slippers, I really am enjoying growing #Paphiopedilums and #Phragmepidiums . They may have a reputation of being slow growing, but, I have other orchids in my collection, that are even slower, so... they are not as bad as the others. Some have bloomed for me, most of them haven't. But I thank you for watching this video and keeping me company while I flush and introduce you to my slipper collection! You may have questions, the intro does after all show some not so well known slippers in cultivation! Feel free to ask away!
