Bitcoin Trust and the SEC | iHeart Media

The SEC (Securities Exchange Commission) chief Gary Ginzler knows Bitcoin very well. He as said Bitcoin is the only commodity and the rest of cryptos are securities. But then denied Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) application to convert into an ETF. The SEC says they want to protect us and make sure there is no market manipulation happening. What is the real manipulation happening?
