Joe Biden - “I Can’t Breathe” and “I Can’t Remember...”

Anyone that watches my show knows that I make fine of every politician, all in jest.

I just plain fell bad for Sleep Joe but he actually sounded the most coherent I have ever seen him during this speech.

Of course, that won’t stop me from pointing out that every other time he is on camera is a cringeworthy..
