Here is another experiment that we are trying with White Oak Trees.
We took acorns, put them in dirt, put a metal grate on them so that the chipmunks and squirrels couldn't eat them and they survived the winter and started to sprout this spring.
We bought a 100 pack of planter pots from Amazon and transplanted them into topsoil.
I think we may move them again to a more nutrient rich soil so that they have the best chance to flourish.
We brought 4 of them home so that we can watch them grow.
