Does our government and our public education system view parents as the enemy? Do they think more about the "harms" they may impose on their children than they do the positive effect they can have on their lives? Have they decided to move on from the traditional parent/teacher/student pyramid of trust that has been a staple of the American Public Education system?? Don't listen to my opinions.....let's hear what a few teachers and legislators have to say about it.......
