I just got my 6 month cleaning and thought I’d share a bit about my dental journey.

If you need resources to care for your dental health, contact dental schools, even local community colleges, or county resources.

It’s so important as many health conditions can be affected in a risky manner when we don’t.

One of those is heart conditions but really, any broken tooth or ignored cavity can lead to an abscess which can lead to some hospital time. Who wants that? Not me! Been there and done that too much.

- [ ] ConvaTec Natura Moldable Wafer 411802, Natura Pouch 416418. Mini pouch info: the old number was 416408 but it was discontinued by ConvaTec for a new 6” with a filter. Unfortunately, the new product number is not legible on my samples. You can order these as sample using that old number for reference but you’ll need to call them.
