George Flyod Arrest - Newly Released Video Sheds More Light - Media & Gov Still Not Giving Full Info

With more info there are more questions. Why is media and Gov only give small bits of info?
Where is arrest history of suspect, where is discipline history of Officer, why no 911 calls info or full body cam info? Maybe it will come later but this new video shows some interesting things.
