Guided Meditation. TO INTEGRATE DIFFICULT EMOTIONS 2 - (separation to wholeness using an emotion)

This is a powerful and important process we can all use to learn to integrate all the aspects of our self that we have been in denial of and which often shows up as manifested dis-ease. When we can learn to connect to and look at all the aspects of ourselves that are painful, fearful or uncomfortable we take full responsibility for ourselves and the reality that we are creating in our lives and as a collective in our world. If we can to to heal ourselves and effect healing change in the world we must embody this integration through acceptance of what is and how we created it,welcoming of all separation back within us and restoring us into wholeness. In this episode we use a current difficult emotion to find our way into the separation we have created.

How can we navigate our lives to ascend in our awareness? My name is Sarita and I am trained in the ancient Shamanic teachings of The Lyceum. I also share my human perspective as well as ancient information including ways to create ceremony for yourself in this modern world which give you practical tools to be able to transcend matter, manifest your dreams, heal and become heart centered.
