Today we interviewing Casey Cochran who offered me my first job after my release from federal prison. Once you are released from federal prison in most scenarios you end up in a federal halfway house for a period of time. While living in the halfway house you are expected to find and maintain employment. Finding a job fresh out of prison definitely comes with its own set of hardship but when you add the additional rules of what the halfway house requires it can feel like an impossible battle.
