Ep. 146 Behavior and Results: The Lost Connection

We are clearly living through strange times. Behaviors and results are rarely connected. We hear many now lamenting that women no longer have control over their bodies with the fall of Roe vs. Wade. Many fail to make the connection between pregnancy and the behaviors that lead to it.

But taking that a bit further, are there results or circumstances in your own life for which you may be unwittingly missing the connection between your results and your behaviors? How can you recognize and correct those patterns if they’re happening?
