How to play: Teferi's Second coming works very similar to the previously posted Ultimatum deck without the gimicky freecasting. This deck is all based around getting out ZM21 Teferi, some nice big creatures and then proliferating them to kingdom come! Make sure to take your extra turns and work on the proliferation as much as possible! Remember to save Nissa's Ultimate for when you have Teferi and Evolution Sage in play to maximize your proliferation!
