In this episode I start with the idea of cooking late breakfast/lunch with fried rice, short rib, and some egg. I then discover the there are no eggs left for me to make it a legitimate breakfast, so I give up that idea and just make a completely ridiculous dish of fried rice the "hungry Coder" way! It came out so good, I can't even explain. you are just going to have to watch the video and judge for yourself.
