Close calls and bad driving in my small town. Riding a motorcycle / scooter has its moments

Two incidents in the last week I wanted to share, just so I could post something. I'm working on a fishing vid, but here's something. I'm not proud of my decision to confront the first guy, but looking back on the video, I laughed so hard when I caught that I called me a racist...For rapping on his window and telling him to obey the speed limit. hilarious. He has tinted windows, I couldn't see him clearly until after he rolled it down. I tell you, that excuse is getting very tired out at this point.

I apologize for using harsher language than normal. I was annoyed. It's no excuse, but again, I'm human.
